It’s nice to meet you

— There’s something about photography that has always felt surreal to me, the way a moment can be capture in still and yet feel so alive. This understanding has kept tugging at me since 2018 when I began my formal photography studies. I was initially intrigued by the honesty photojournalism, and devoted hours to the intricate processes of taking, developing, and presenting 35mm film with the intent of becoming a master of visual stories.

I stumbled into weddings several years into my career, and I fell deeply in love with the experience of them. With over 50 weddings under my belt, I’ve come to admire the individuality of each wedding; and the way each one celebrates not only one love story- but honors a lifetime of people, places, and cultures.

I’m most inspired by own connections and observations, I’ve spent a lifetime seeking out patterns- constantly following my nose. I’m an avid traveler, social butterfly, and true visionary. I have an affinity for talking to strangers, learning stories and seeing new perspectives. I’m the kind of person who can (probably) tell what you’re thinking, adapts easily, and loves any chance for spontaneity.

When I’m not at a wedding, I love hosting my own community, learning new hobbies, vintage + antique shopping, going to the movies, and editing on my couch with my two cats.
