2024 — Weddings
Story of:
Morelia & KJ
Told on:
12 October
Summary:
Mo and KJ were married on October 12, starting with a morning Catholic mass and ending with an afternoon reception on Mo’s family farm. The day felt like a true family effort; small, meaningful, and full of care.
These two are close friends of mine, which made documenting this even more special. Being trusted to photograph a wedding like this, not just as a vendor but as someone who knows and loves them, was a real honor.
Their families played a huge role in the day. We set up the reception space together the night before, with handmade decor from Mo’s sister’s event company and touches that felt personal at every turn. It was vintage, colorful, and deeply them.
One of my favorite memories was seeing the kids running around the farm as the adults gathered under the trees, unfussy, full of joy, and exactly what a wedding should be.
Shot on film and digital, their gallery is a quiet, heartfelt mix of candids and connection — focused on the people who made this day what it was.
